At DigitalStandees.com, we strive to provide high-quality digital signage and display solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and returns may be processed.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, or processing fees already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customized Products

Orders for customized, branded, configured, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production, configuration, or procurement has begun.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is physically damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs or videos showing the issue.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • The ordered product is unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom software configurations
  • Installation charges already completed
  • On-site service charges
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer repair or replacement instead of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and warranty coverage.
