This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns for all purchases made through https://digitalstandees.com.

1. Shipping Policy

a. Shipping Coverage

We ship across all major cities in India via reputed logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.

b. Dispatch Time

  • Ready stock: Dispatched within 2–4 business days

  • Custom products: Dispatched within 7–12 business days (depending on design and quantity)

c. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. In certain cases, free shipping may apply for bulk orders or promotions.

d. Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: Delivery timelines may extend due to logistics partner coverage

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.

3. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (custom-sized or digital hardware), we follow a strict no-return policy unless:

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • There’s a proven manufacturing defect

4. Return Process

To raise a return request:

  1. Email us at maxprodisplaysdigital@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Attach photos/videos clearly showing the defect or issue

  3. Include your Order ID, contact number, and issue description

After reviewing your claim, our support team will:

  • Approve or deny the return within 2 business days

  • If approved, arrange for pickup or request shipment back to our address

5. Refunds / Replacements

  • If eligible, a replacement product will be sent within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of a refund, it will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-built or branded digital standees

  • Products used or tampered with

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts
